Raw Mill Fan Maintenance checklist

Finding:

 

 

   Damage in expansion joints.

   Change the expansion joints at fan inlet and outlet

   There are 9 worn out bolts

   Worn out in all tips of blades

 

 

Recommendation:

 

 

     Change the expansion joints at fan inlet and outlet

     Change the worn out 9 bolts

     Repair the worn out blades
