Tasks
1- Foreign purchasing {all equipments , and spare parts}
2- Local purchasing {all equipments ,and spare parts}
3- Search through internet for manufacturers , and sources.
• Analyze P.R items
• Request all required technical details, drawing, and name plate if needed.
• Request offers from original suppliers , and from another suppliers specialized in the same type of goods
• Sending offers with technical validation sheet to the technical Dept. to reach the required technical opinion.
• Placing the P.O. according to the payment terms into supplier’s offer and company’s payment policy.
• Ensure delivery time (domestic) , and L/C expiration date (Import)
• Passing shipping documents to custom clearance dept to take the necessary action to pick up goods ASAP.
