It is because of high alkali corrosion
Excessive shell corrosion and kiln shell thickness very low no prevention measure taken.
High alcali,low refractory thickness,shell thickness,flame target low maybe.
It may be due high alkali attack and not using anti-corrosive pain since long time
Rapid bricks changing, alkali %high, floating in same position in running, over heating,
Because of high alkali attack, small thickness for refractories (no coating to preventing attak) because, they may be take long time to change bricks. Shell thickness small and easy to corrode. Production may be over kiln design.
May be mechanical problems supporting this problem like ovality, migration, alignment,……
