Valve Compatibility — Identify Before Ordering
The 1-inch nominal port size is not sufficient to establish interchangeability. Use the exact original Goyen model and valve-generation reference.
| Installed valve model family | Standard nitrile kit | Important note |
|---|---|---|
| CA25T / RCA25T | K2501 | Confirm original 4-bolt Goyen design |
| CA25DD / RCA25DD | K2501 | Confirm dresser-nut valve variant |
| CA25FS / RCA25FS | K2501 | Confirm flanged valve variant |
| CA25MM / RCA25MM | K2501 | Confirm manifold-mount valve variant |
| RCAC25T3 and related T3 models | K2529 — not K2501 | Different generation; do not substitute |
| RCAC25T4 and related T4 models | K2546 — not K2501 | Different generation; do not substitute |
Critical compatibility notice: K2501 is a Goyen repair-kit reference. Compatibility with the separate BRANDO CA25T-type aftermarket valve offered elsewhere on Infinity has not been established and is not claimed. Confirm OEM identity, cover pattern and exact variant before buying.
Where This Repair Kit Is Used
Diaphragm valves release short compressed-air pulses for reverse-jet cleaning in baghouses. Wear or leakage at the diaphragm can result in ineffective cleaning or loss of compressed air, although weak pulses can also originate from a coil, timer, pilot passage or header-pressure problem. The fault should be isolated before replacing the kit.
Technical Purchasing Checklist
- Confirm the original Goyen valve nameplate and 4-bolt cover design where applicable.
- Identify required elastomer: K2501 is standard nitrile. K2503 is a different Viton kit for applicable high-temperature requirements.
- Ask for genuine OEM part provenance and corresponding packaging or traceability documentation in the formal quote.
- Confirm kit contents and photos. Do not assume an aftermarket replacement is genuine Goyen.
- Isolate electrical power and compressed air, fully depressurize and use the applicable OEM maintenance instructions before removing a valve cover.
