How a Pulse-Jet Cleaning System Works
The controller energizes the solenoid pilot, releasing the pressure that holds the main diaphragm closed. The valve opens briefly, discharging compressed air into the cleaning tube to pulse the filter row.
Application & Selection
CA25T pulse valves are used to release timed bursts of compressed air into suitable dust-filter cleaning circuits. Applications may include baghouse dedusting at cement handling, conveying and silo processes. Valve choice must be based on installed equipment—not solely on nominal pipe size.
