In my point of view This kiln is working well, maybe juste need to decrase the Id fan’s air flow to keep the %O2 outlet C1 between 3&5% , with a full need air for a complet combustion ,because 8% is a little bit excessive, then you may increase the kiln speed whit 0,1 rpm to reach 3,4 rpm to maintain the kiln torque.

  2. The power consumption of I.d fan increases because it requires more suction due to bin is placed, and for twin cyclones duct bend defect.
    TAD inlet and outlet designing defect.
    Pre calciner design.
    Cyclones feed chutes feed dropping points not correct because material and hot gas contact time decreases with this design.
