At Khd India we have successfully completed kiln rpm increase and major replacement project in Srichakra cement, AP which aimed at reducing the kiln filling degree. This project included common base frame replacement at inlet, both support roller replacement at inlet and middle, installation of hydraulic thrust roller HDR 30, girth gear and pinion replacement, in situ grinding of 3 tyres and 2 supporting rollers and hot kiln alignment. Now kiln is running at 5.2 rpm and we will go upto 5.6 rpm.   for kiln rpm increase, all kind of kiln services and most economical conversion of mechanical to hydraulic thrust roller. Till date we have done many successful conversion projects.
