  Rotaries  under R.M cyclones

1- All keys for this rotaries have a sever wear, also the key ways in the hollow shafts and motor shafts have a sever wear.

2- There is an axial movement in the in the input shaft for the gear box for the

rotary under cyclone no.2.

Recommendation:

1- Replace all keys.

2- Repair the hollow shafts and motor shafts due to the sever wear.

3- Check the bearings of the hollow shafts which have axial movement and replace the bearings if needed for rotary under cyclone no.2.

Action has been taken

1- The worn out key ways have been repaired (for motor shafts only).

2- All keys have been replaced.

3- Oil seals of high speed shafts have been changed
