the Job Details as below 

 

Option 1:

  Weld the broken pinion shaft by using the double-V welding method and warranty is also needed as this part is working very hard.

 

 Option 2:

  Take off gear from the pinion shaft.

– Machine new pinion shaft ( see dimensions in the drawing below ) and warranty is also needed as this part is working very hard.

-Assembly gear back to pinion shaft.
